1. Introduction

1. Eligibility

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. gtk99 strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• 1.2You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• 1.3You must not be located in or be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of gtk99 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• 1.4You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or associate of gtk99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

2. Account Registration

• 2.1You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
• 2.2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. gtk99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login details.
• 2.3gtk99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. You must provide all documentation requested within the timeframe specified. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and delays in withdrawal processing.
• 2.4You must not register or attempt to register an account if you have previously had an account suspended or terminated by gtk99 for any breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• 3.1Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500. gtk99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• 3.2Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. gtk99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
• 3.3gtk99 reserves the right to apply transaction fees where applicable and to deduct applicable taxes or levies from withdrawals where required by applicable law. Players are responsible for their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
• 3.4If gtk99 has reasonable suspicion that a transaction is connected with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, it reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse that transaction and report it to relevant authorities. Such action does not constitute a breach of these Terms by gtk99.
• 3.5gtk99 accounts may not be used as banking facilities. Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of funds and account closure.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• 4.1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement applicable to gtk99 bonuses is a multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested.
• 4.2Bonuses are issued to one registered account per player per household per device. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account suspension.
• 4.3gtk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress at the time the change takes effect.
• 4.4Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the designated game or games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

• 5.1Any use of software tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, automated betting scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• 5.2Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes — including in live casino games, sports betting markets, poker, or any other competitive format — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• 5.3In the event of a technical fault or malfunction affecting a game round, gtk99 reserves the right to declare that round void and return all stakes placed during the affected round to players. gtk99 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical fault.
• 5.4gtk99 uses live sports data feeds from certified data providers to settle sports betting markets. Where a dispute arises regarding the result of a sporting event, gtk99's determination — based on official data sources — shall be final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming

• 6.1gtk99 provides deposit limit, session limit, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. Players may request a self-exclusion period at any time by contacting gtk99 support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt and will be honoured for the full duration requested.
• 6.2Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register or create a new account during their self-exclusion period. gtk99 will use all reasonable technical measures to prevent access by self-excluded players; however players must take responsibility for their own compliance with self-exclusion requests.
• 6.3gtk99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. If gtk99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. During the investigation period, no deposits will be accepted and no withdrawals will be processed.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• 7.1Grounds for account suspension or termination include: provision of false registration information; breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors; suspected fraud, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited activities; or failure to comply with KYC requirements within the required timeframe.
• 7.2Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, gtk99 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the funds in the account, including any pending withdrawal requests, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, all associated funds will be forfeited.
• 7.3A player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting gtk99 support. Any real money balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC compliance and after the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.
